"Fantastic item arrived on time..."
This is a fantastic item that showed up within a reasonable timeframe. It would be nice to get a bit more notice about when to expect the delivery.

"Two saucepans and a baking tray I ordered"
I got myself two saucepans along with a galvanised baking tray. The delivery took about 10 days, and I got a message confirming when it would arrive. Everything was packed up really well. They’re beautifully crafted, a bit heavier than I thought, but I’ve used them and they’re a joy to work with. Unlike my old saucepans, which had lids that rattled, these new ones stay quiet. They cook just fine. And I’m really enjoying my new baking tray as well.

Quick shipping, and the item is fantastic. They overcharged me because of a computer error, but they caught it the next business day and gave me a refund super fast, even before I realized I was charged too much. They returned the full amount! Then they reached out to admit to the mistake in the refund, all before I even caught on. No biggie, I eventually settled the right amount🤣.

This is a solid pan, but what really sets it apart is that it’s crafted in England. A lot of companies claim they’re designed in England, but then they go and make 'em in China, boosting their profits with subpar stuff.
